Fast Weight Loss Tips

Folks are always on the look out for fast weight loss tips. 

Long term programs do require perseverance and patience, but they do work the best.  In saying this however many individuals have trouble with both elements, fat loss is no different.  People who want to lose weight quickly are constantly looking out for these types of programs. 

The problem is that fast weight loss usually means up and down weight loss, the pounds return after the diet ends.

As you are probably already aware most fast fat loss diets are what are known as fad diets such as the Cookie diet, Atkins diet and the Grapefruit diet that don’t work and can be very unhealthy if used for prolonged periods please remember that these are only tips, but if integrated into an overall eating plan they can have benefits.

Here Are Some Quick Tips To Get You Started

They say that the 3 day diet can sure to take off the weight.  You really need to be mindful to only make this just one part of an overall healthy eating plan. You may want to read my thoughts on that here. Not sure about adding in artificial sweeteners as some may contain Aspartame. Read about the controversy here on WikiPedia.

On day one breakfast is tea or black coffee and if required (Sweet & Low or Equal) preferable though a glass of water, one half Grapefruit or 8 ounces Juice, and one slice of toast with one tablespoon of Peanut Butter.

Lunch consists of one half Cup of Tuna on one slice of toast and black coffee or tea (sweetened with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water.  Dinner should be three ounces of a suitable type of lean meat, 1 cup of green beans, a cup of carrots, a cup of vanilla ice cream, 1 medium apple, and as always black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.

For day two breakfast consists of tea or black coffee (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water, 1 egg any way,a single piece of toast, and 1 banana.

Your midday meal or lunch consists of one cup of cottage cheese or tuna, five Saltine crackers, and if you like a black coffee or tea with (Sweet & Low or Equal) or preferably water.

Dinner consists of two beef franks or hot dogs, one half cup of carrots, one banana, one cup of broccoli or cabbage, one half cup of vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea with Sweet & Low or Equal or water.

And for day 3 your final day your breakfast menu includes tea or black coffee (Sweet & Low or Equal) if sweetening is needed or water, five regular Saltine crackers, one ounce of cheddar cheese slice, and one apple.

Lunch includes 1 hard-boiled egg, a slice of toast, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.

Dinner consists of 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1 cup of melon, a half cup of ordinary vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or better still a glass of water.

Cottage cheese can be substituted for tuna, an orange can be substituted for grapefruit, frozen yogurt can substitute the ice cream, and as much lemon, salt and pepper, and mustard can be used as wanted.  Keep in mind that these fast weight loss tips are designed as a 3 day diet, only to be eaten in conjunction with an overall healthy diet.

The diet information here is only a very quick fix to what is really required to get permanent results. If you are over weight and are truly searching for a program that is going to help you not just lose the weight but keep the weight off then you need to consider changing your habits in the long run.
