Lose Weight For Free

For those who want to drop some pounds and feel healthy and active again, what is the formula?

Is it a mystery beyond the pyramids, UFO’s, ghostly apparitions, or that single sock?  But there is one cold hard fact for many people when they look at themselves in the mirror.

They’re overweight.  But it’s really hard to lose weight without spending cash. Hey after that comment you want to check this post out on where you can buy healthy foods.

You Just Need To…

Follow some simple tips.

Catch some stomach virus.  No not really,  I’m not recommending you get ill.  However acute illness has been a good way to lose weight for some, provided of course that there’s a recovery in sight. Many people who have had illnesses like this speak about how they lost weight while recovering in the hospital.

It sounds silly to try this, and it’s ridiculous even though some have considered this approach as a desperate measure. I highly suggest you forget this as an option even if you are desperate, there are always other ways that are much healthier for you.

Losing weight is a snap if you cut calories.  So what does it mean, quite simply it means you need to burn more calories than you are eating, there is no other way.  You can start right now by promising yourself that you will drink nothing but water to influence your body to draw on fat reserves.

If you have the staying power to do this for days or weeks at a time, even better.  Seriously, though, there is no quick fix you have to manage what you eat.

It can’t be just water, but substituting soda and juice with water will save you 90,000 calories, or 25 pounds, each year.  Smaller portions of food and healthier choices will get results faster than you think.

Exercising Is Another Way

Should we be out exercising everyday until we drop in complete exhaustion. You know until you can’t take a breath and nearly drop to the ground.

Remember those Egyptian  movies?

Did you ever see any of those slaves being overweight constructing those pyramids?  Luckily we haven’t had to build pyramids for many years but we still need to get out and exercise, in moderation. This isn’t just good for dropping pounds but it will make you feel better about yourself and help you stay focused on your goals.

It doesn’t have to be hours and hours of torture every single day 24/7, but 30 minutes of aerobic exercise seven days a week is a great start to a healthier you. Even find some friends that are willing to come along with you.

For those that find it hard to exercise everyday you need to consider this before giving up, 6 days is better than 5 days and 5 is better than 4 and even one day is more than none. If you are just walking to the end of the street and back it’s exercise which equals to calorie burning which can equal weight loss.

Larger muscles mean a quicker metabolism and the more calorie usage in your body. You can go to the extreme of weight loss and search out a personal trainer like Vince Del Monte, maybe even one that really dislikes you, and have them push you three hours a day, seven days a week of stomach wrenching sweat dripping heart pumping muscle building.

You don’t need to be the Incredible Hulk, in such of muscles so large that you have to constantly feed just to keep up with the wild metabolism your body is experiencing.

Of course, in the real world weight training doesn’t have to be at marine drill instructor level 3-5 days a week and at 30 minutes each session of weight work will definitely help to create lean muscle which will help you keep off the flabby pounds.

Muscle does mean a higher metabolism, and in the long run it means less work because you’re burning more calories even while sitting at your desk or watching T.V. That is of course if you don’t have a plate of junk food in your lap.

Just Do It!

You don’t need miracle weight loss pills or fad diets to lose weight.  It doesn’t take a lot of cash, or any cash at all for some.  You can however reduce your weight with a practical diet and exercises to burn body fat as well as consuming fewer calories than you are currently burning.
