An ideal day of meals should look like 3 small meals and 2 snacks, a third snack could be added after dinner but no food should be eaten 2 hours before bedtime.

Yes there is no short cuts to dieting you need to stay focused on what it is you are trying to do and having a proper eating pattern with an exercise routine will allow you to stay focused more.
I am with you on diet pills they are a no go…
I see many people spending too much time concentrating on stomach flattening exercises. Instead, if they spent more time with fat burning routines it would be possible to lower one’s BMI and that in turn would give more muscle definition.

You really need to focus more on burning the fat and not on how good you look. By just trying to get a nice looking body without considering how to help your body burn fat and keep it off you are really wasting your time.

Thanks for this article. Most women think it’s so simple and put it off for tomorrow. But if you get some courage and descipline to follow through, you will see the results soon. It does take will power, but the more you do, the easier it gets.
A more intense workout is definately the way to go. People seem to think that going to the gym for an hour is sufficient when a 30mins intense workout may be more productive.
Interval training does the trick for me. You shouldn’t do it everyday though. But having some days of more intense workouts than others is really effective.
I have fallen away from my yoga routine and I use to practice it religiously in particular bikram yoga. Since I had children it has been so hard to get back on track. Reading this has motivate to start again and try out something new like pilates. I heard it tones your body much better.

I also want to ad, if you can make it past that one month mark it gets so much easier. After a month it becomes habit and I actually look forward to exercising.

You need to be doing your workouts to burn fat in moderation so if you have different parts of the body you wish to tone then you need to slowly incorporate those exercises into your work out routing so one day you might work on your stomach area and then the next work out will focus on your legs.
